Good Night, Gorilla

Publisher: Farshore

Gorilla has stolen the zoo keeper’s keys! Before he goes home, the zoo keeper walks around the zoo saying 'Good Night'  to all the animals. Gorilla sneaks along behind him, unlocking all the cages.

Elephant, lion, giraffe, hyena and all the other animals follow the zoo keeper home and into his house and bedroom. Gorilla even gets into his bed! Mrs Zoo Keeper says 'Good Night' and is surprised when all the animals say ' Goodnight' back. She returns them all to the zoo -  all except gorilla who is clever enough to snatch the keys again.

There are just a few words in this clever and funny bedtime story. Observant children will enjoy exploring Peggy Rathmann's enchanting illustrations.
