Anna has spent the summer with her family in Bahrain and is on her way back to boarding school in England. Minutes into her flight, the plane is hijacked by Palestinian guerrillas and forced to land in Jordan. They land the plane in the desert and make their demands to the British government. If their demands aren’t met within three days, they’ll blow up the plane, with Anna and the rest of the passengers still inside it.

Anna not only has to survive the horror of watching the clock count down to her impending death, but also the extreme conditions of the desert, dwindling food supplies and the growing desperation amongst her fellow travellers. All the while, she wonders if she will ever see her family again.

This is a tense psychological thriller based on true events.
