Frank and Bert: The One Where Bert Plays Football

Best friends Frank the fox and Bert the bear love football and head to the park to practise. Frank has been helping Bert to improve his skills, but things aren’t going too well. Bert kicks the ball too hard and it squashes someone’s picnic before bursting as it lands on a hedgehog’s prickly spines.  

Determined to master the game, Bert turns up the next day with a brand-new ball, ready to try again. However, the dynamics change with the arrival of Barbara, the greatest footballer in the world. She invites Frank for a kick-about and the pair race off excitedly, ignoring Bert. After Barbara leaves, Frank gets into a spot of bother, but who will come to his rescue and save the day?
