Danny Dread

Publisher: Oxford

Review

Danny Dread is a bit of a failure at school. Demento's Academy should be the perfect training ground for the heir to a super-villain dynasty but Danny's heart just isn't in it. Deep down, Danny just wants to be good.

When his Dad, along with evil henchman, Malevolo, comes up with a monstrous plan to start World War III, Danny's loyalties are tested to the limit but he hopes that, with a little help from some superhero friends and a talking rat, he will be able to save the world. As long as Dad never finds out.

Witty, imaginative and interspersed with humorous black and white illustrations of evil plots, this comedy adventure will be enjoyed by aspiring bad guys and fans of 'Despicable Me'.
