Win the beautiful new War Horse picture book

Sir Michael Morpurgo has adapted his classic novel for younger readers, and we're  giving away three copies.

An illustration from War Horse: a soldier on the back of a horse

War Horse is one of Sir Michael Morpurgo's best-loved novels - as well as being adapted into a film and hit stage show, it's still read by generation after generation of children.

Now, Sir Michael has turned the story into a new picture book, featuring gorgeous illustrations from Tom Clohosy Cole.

Suitable for children aged five and up, the War Horse picture book tells the tale of the friendship between a boy and his horse.

Set during the First World War, the story is also a helpful way for young readers to get to grips with history and explore themes of conflict.

We have three copies of War Horse to give away, so if you fancy winning one, simply answer the question below and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Wednesday, 13 January 2021...
