Thirty years of Elmer the elephant: here's how to win books, toys and goodies

Did you know that 2019 is the year of Elmer the elephant? The first-ever Elmer book by David McKee was published all that time ago, but still delights and entertains children all around the world. Find out more about some fantastic prizes that could be yours...

One person could win all this...

The first Elmer book was published by Andersen in 1989, and is still read and loved by children everywhere, with its subtle message that it is OK to be different!

This modern classic, full of colour and wisdom, is all about Elmer, who is a little bit different to all the other elephants. Elmer is... patchwork. Elmer soon starts to wonder what it would be like to be just the same as the other elephants, but soon learns that they like him just the way he is.
