Help little ones understand their big feelings by winning a super set of board books

We're giving one lucky winner a set of these beautiful books to help children explore their emotions.

The front cover of four Little Big Feelings books: I Can Be Patient, I Can Say Sorry, When I Am Happy and Sometimes I Am Angry

With World Mental Health Day being marked on 10 October, we're giving you the chance to win a set of board books to help young children explore their emotions!

The Little Big Feelings series is perfect for introducing toddlers to ideas around everything from anger and apologies to happiness and patience.

Each book has interactive features like flaps to lift, tabs to slide and wheels to turn, alongside adorable illustrations from Marie Paruit.

And they're great for starting conversations with your little ones about how they're feeling, with top tips and advice for parents and carers from early years expert Dr Janet Rose included in each book.

We're giving away a set of these super books to one lucky winner, so if you fancy getting your hands on them, simply answer the question below and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Monday, 8 November - good luck!
