Discover the Dalai Lama's life by winning The Seed of Compassion

His Holiness the Dalai Lama shares the lessons of his life in this gorgeous new children's book - and you could win one of five copies.

The front cover of The Seed of Compassion

His Holiness the Dalai Lama was once a child named Lhamo Thondup, living in a village in Tibet. But then, when he was nearly three years old, monks arrived and announced that he was the reincarnation of their spiritual leader.

Drawing on the compassion his mother had taught him, His Holiness grew to become an inspiration to people around the world, and now he's sharing his story with children in a brand new book.

The Seed of Compassion, illustrated by Bao Luu, introduces young people to this awe-inspiring story but also shares everyday moments from His Holiness' childhood to inspire them to value kindness.

We have five copies to give away, so to be in with a chance of winning one, simply answer the question below and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Thursday, 25 June. Good luck!
