Haven't read this book, but I have ready One Wish by the same author. One Wish is spectacular, I've nearly finished it, so far really great! I dont think much about Ratty, as his OK, not much of a character. Tanya is a little old fashioned, a kind & gentle character. Turpin is a very mischievous fairy, but through out the story gets kinder. Gretchen and Griselda, to sisters [women] are funny characters as they used there magic to make each other be very ugly such as, warts, beards, mic...
