Scenes from the Epic Life of a Total Genius

Publisher: Andersen Press

Review

Arthur Bean is back and set to prove he’s a creative genius in this hilarious follow-up from A Year in the Life of a Total and Complete Genius.

Arthur and Robbie, now on much better terms, have returned from Arts Camp to a new school year with one mission: to film the most amazing zombie movie ever. But they came back from camp with more than just a film idea. They also have a video camera that they 'borrowed' and Arthur has a girlfriend who goes to a different school. Life starts to get complicated when Arthur’s former dream girl, Kennedy, discovers he had a girlfriend and becomes really interested in him again. Surely Arthur, who is a genius and always full of confidence, can figure this one out?

As with the first title in this series, this is a great take on the diary format, and could appeal to readers who enjoy non-traditional storytelling.
