Jump!

The book takes full advantage of its double page illustration space by having the spine at the top of the book, thereby unfolding each jumping animal in all its vertical velocity. Matsuhide is one of Japan's foremost illustrators, and this lovely book is a testimony to excellent art and an original, well-executed idea.
