His mother even takes him to the wise man of the village and to the doctor. Then Hue Boy’s dad returns home - and before he realises it Hue Boy begins to grow.
Many children will identify with Hue Boy in this heart warming story set in a Caribbean village. The beautiful pictures evoking sunshine and nature are the perfect accompaniment to this familiar story.

One of the best books for any child to immerse themselves. As a teacher this was firm favourite with every class I taught. A must for anyone who loves children's literature - humorous, heart warming and the characters are perfect. Caroline Binch's illustrations are un-matched!!
