About this book

The white snow bear, wandering in his arctic homeland, sees a rainbow and longs to catch it for himself. But, try as he might, he never can. Then one day he meets a shaman who can make his wish come true – to be a rainbow bear.

Michael Morpurgo’s poetic text and Michael Foreman’s expressive pictures beautifully combine to make this a powerful animal story conveying wise words to young readers. Rainbow Bear is another wonderful and heartwarming tale from this beloved writer and illustrator team.
