About this book

Elena, Matt and Tima live in the same town but are separated by economics, ethnicity and family background. Strangely though, they are linked by an unidentified phenomenon that sees them all wide awake at exactly 1.34am.

The trio each have issues that disrupt their daytime lives but, when they finally meet up while the rest of the town is snoring, the terrible secret they uncover becomes the only thing they can focus on. There is something sinister and deadly stalking the night and it seems they are the only ones who stand a chance of stopping the killing.

A growing sense of unease and threat helps to build tension and create a real sense of jeopardy in this atmospheric, supernatural thriller. The characters are as interesting as they are different and their unlikely alliance is entirely believable.
