The Great Cat Conspiracy

Publisher: Simon & Schuster Children's Books

Tom's cat likes to kill small animals. When it kills the Vicar's expensive Koi carp, Mum is so cross that the cat is locked out of the house.

The cat goes missing, so Tom asks his sister Anna, her friend Suzanne and his grown-up friends to help him find it.

Their investigation leads them to the Cat Lady who looks after the local strays, although she is not able to look after herself very well.

The children get to know her strange ways and are on hand to help her when she suffers a serious accident. They also find the cat!

A humorous and engaging story with apt illustrations and featuring posters, lists and dictionary definitions.
