Win the entire Orange Prize for Fiction/Award for New Writers shortlists, including the winners by entering our 2010 Summer Reads Competition!

To win this fantastic prize (nine books in total, including the winners The Lacuna by Barbara Kingsolver and The Boy Next Door by Irene Sabatini), all you have to do is upload a picture to our Facebook fanpage wall of what you are reading this summer, with a 20-word review as a comment.

We are looking for the most outlandish, summery, extreme and funny examples of you reading on holiday so get those thinking caps on. You could go exotic or rustic, be on a stay-cation or round-the-world vacation.

To win, become a fan of Booktrust on Facebook, upload your photo to our Facebook fan page wall by Friday 30 July 2010, 5pm and a panel of Booktrust judges will announce the winner on 2 August 2010.

Competition rules and regulations:

By uploading your photo to Facebook site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. To enter the competition you must be:

(a) UK resident;

(b) 18-years-old or over at the time of entry

2. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Booktrust.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. Entries must be uploaded by 5pm on Friday 30 July 2010. Booktrust reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

5. There will be one winner, selected from entries by the judges.

6. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The panel of judges will be comprised of relevant Booktrust employees.

8. The winner will be informed by midday on 2 August 2010. After this date, you can find out who has won the competition by emailing websites@booktrust.org.uk

9. The prize will consist of the complete shortlists for the Orange Prize for Fiction/Award for New Writers only.

10. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

11. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

12. Booktrust may contact entrants to seek permission to feature their picture on one of the Booktrust websites or in other materials.

13. The prize is run by Booktrust of 45 East Hill, London, SW18 2QZ.
