It's Not Fairy!

by Ros Asquith

When Mum and Dad tell the kids that the It's Not Fairy will gobble them up if they keep complaining, the children are sceptical. Billy and Mary just don’t believe the It’s Not Fairy’s favourite treat is minced-eyes pies and fried feet. But when Mum and Dad join in the whingeing and whining, a furious Fairy appears.' Life isn’t all about me, me, me,' she says - and she’s very hungry. Billy and Mary have to come up with some quick ideas to improve family life, starting with making some Fairy Cakes to satisfy the It's Not Fairy's appetite.

Ros Asquith's witty picture book will amuse all families used to hearing the phrase 'It's not fair!' Hilarious illustrations complement this appealing and very entertaining rhyming story that will appeal to children and parents alike.
