Cinder is a beautiful young girl, who also just happens to be a cyborg living in the futuristic city of New Beijing. Marissa Meyer does a fantastic job of inserting elements from the well-known fairy tale into an exciting new setting, such as replacing the glass slipper with an undersized robotic foot! This book forms part of the Lunar Chronicles and anyone who reads it will intrigued to find out how Red Riding Hood, Snow White and Rapunzel fare in this strange new world.
