Miriam Moss is an award-winning author of more than 75 books for children, which include picture books, novelty books, poetry and non-fiction titles. She was born in England, but spent her childhood in Africa, the Middle East and China, returning to the UK to attend school. She taught English for eight years in the UK and Kenya before becoming a writer. Miriam now lives in Lewes, East Sussex with her husband, children, cats and a dog. As well as writing books, she spends time running lively workshops and interactive storytelling sessions in schools.
