Super-ordinary Bea has never been in with party animal Ruby and her über-cool posse. Instead of partying she spends her seventeenth year working a tough Saturday job to save money, swotting up on her A-Level French and daydreaming about the future.

When Ruby invites Bea, seemingly out of the blue, on a party holiday in sunny Spain, Bea finds herself leaving the grey streets of North London to live out her daydreams.

But after two days in the sun, Bea finds herself hot-footing it to the city she's always dreamed about, to find the dad she's never met. Paris beckons and Bea is about to have a bigger adventure than she bargained for.
