Dexter Bexley and the Big Blue Beastie on the Road
by

Illustrator: Joel Stewart
Dexter Bexley and the Big Blue Beastie simply love hooting. They hoot all day and all night until eventually they are thrown out of town.
Luckily, they soon find someone who appreciates their talents and are despatched to wake a sleeping princess and slay a frightful dragon, who turns out not to be frightful at all but a very talented tap dancer... and so begins a surreal tour of the kingdom as a group of wandering players.
Quirky, funny and beautifully illustrated, this unusual fairytale will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. Its combination of mixed fonts and speech bubbles provides lots of opportunity for interaction, ensuring each new reading will be slightly different from the last.
