One night, as Jim is just about to drop off to sleep, a large, blue, shaggy head pops out from under the mattress and complains about how uncomfortable it is to always sleep on the floor.
Jim, being a polite young lad, invites the creature to join him under the duvet but regrets it once Mr Underbed starts to snore loudly.
Unable to sleep, Jim opens his wardrobe, drawers, toy chest and curtains and finds that each is home to a different creature and each creature is looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep.
Charming, evocative and humorous illustrations complement a funny and appealing storyline. Ideal bedtime reading for the under-sixes.
