Dandylion

by

Lizzie Finlay

When Dandylion joins Miss Gardener's class on an otherwise ordinary Tuesday he brings with him colour, excitement and boundless energy but also a fair amount of mess, noise and chaos.

At first, all the other children want to be Dandylion's friends but eventually he gets them into trouble once too often and they decide they are better off without him before realising exactly what they are missing out on.

This lively and poignant picture book celebrates friendship, diversity and the joy of a world enriched by extraordinary individuals. Energetic and expressive illustrations complement lively text and will add to enjoyment for both children and adults.
