When the Stegosaurus family all get stuck whilst squelching in the mud, the Littlest Dinosaur bravely treks to get help from the huge Long Neck, who rescues them all.

The message to readers is that since the beginning of time there have been those who do not fit the norm, that everyone has value, and that individuals need each other.
