The Worst Witch to the Rescue

by Jill Murphy

Mildred Hubble is actually looking forward to the new term at Miss Cackle’s Academy for Witches. She has worked really hard on her project over the holidays which can’t fail to impress Miss Hardbroom, her form teacher.

Even Ethel Hallow, her arch-enemy, is being nice to her. But when Mildred gets to school, things start going wrong again and it all starts with Ethel stealing her project.

This is a delightful new story in the Worst Witch series, complete with the familiar school atmosphere along with the excitement and fantasy of potions and spells, all interspersed with expressive illustrations.

Readers can’t fail to warm to Mildred Hubble and her latest adventure will not disappoint.
