Once Upon A Tide

by

Tony Mitton
Illustrator: Selina Young

In a timeless childhood fantasy, two youngsters build a boat and set off across the sea where they discover an island, dig up buried treasure, get chased by pirates but finally return home safe and sound to live happily ever after.

Bright, colourful and detailed illustrations give plenty for young children to look at and talk about while the comforting, rhyming text will encourage them to join in and perhaps embark on some independent reading.

This beautifully written seaside adventure is ideal for sharing and will undoubtedly stand the test of time.
