Clementine and Mungo

Clementine and Mungo may be pigs, but they ask just the sort of awkward questions typical of small children.
Like most siblings, whatever question Mungo asks his big sister, she has an answer, but it isn’t always quite accurate, such as when hot bath water is ascribed to a dragon living in the pipes!
Ultimately, Mungo has the best answer of all when he tells Clementine that he isn’t afraid of the dark because she is always there for him.
Former Smarties prize winner Dyer accompanies her simple but witty text with clear unfussy illustrations which highlight the comedy of the answers. A book to prompt discussion with small readers about what answers they might give to these difficult questions.
