Scaredy Squirrel

by Melanie Watt

Scaredy Squirrel stays safely in his nut tree and that way he can't come to any harm. 'Everything is predictable. All is under control'. Although he is well prepared in case of emergency, he still panics when a killer bee appears and he falls out of his tree! What happens next takes him by surprise and leads to a few changes to his routine…

This is a really enjoyable and funny story with lots of opportunity for giggles from children and adults alike. It carries the important message that sometimes taking the plunge into unknown territory can result in fun and adventure. Delightful!
