Happy Dog Sad Dog

by Sam Lloyd

This bright and cheerful board book, which won the 2003 Sainsbury's Baby Book Award, is a great introduction to the concept of opposites for babies and toddlers - and is sure to make them laugh as they learn! In a bold palette of orange, purple, green, yellow, blue and red, Sam Lloyd paints dogs in all shapes sizes and conditions: big, little, clean, dirty, hot, cold, awake, asleep, hairy and bald. This is a simple idea, wonderfully executed.
