Slow Loris lives up to his name: he is so slow that the visitors to the zoo - and even the other animals - think he's boring. However, appearances can be deceptive and when he wants to be, Slow Loris can be incredibly fast and really rather wild!
Alexis Deacon's soft brown-grey palette is enlivened by brighter splashes of colour to emphasise the text and the pictures contain enough detail for children to enjoy exploring them over and over again. This is an amusing and beautifully illustrated picture book, full of contrasts and gentle humour.
