Inspite of the title, this is much more than just 'an animal counting book'. Packed with rhymes and wonderful words, as well as animals, this is a terrific book to read aloud. The words are full of the sounds that children love, which will help them develop an ear for language. This is a great way to be introduced to basic literacy and numeracy skills, and will be enjoyed by both young children and adults alike.
