The Diversity in Publishing Network has been established to promote the status and contribution of social groups traditionally underrepresented within all areas of publishing, as well as support those seeking to enter the industry. DIPNET aims to redress the balance of equality in the UK publishing sector.
Poetry and Young People project
The Poetry and Young People project is a new initiative that aims to engage more young people in poetry reading, writing and performance and attract new audiences to the art form.
Funded by Arts Council England and managed by Booktrust the project will run for 12 months (up to October 2010)
